Hand sign locations:
•► Monkey - Zabuza - location: 196, 94, 4; Either kill him or bring him his sword located at 737, 137, 4
•► Tiger - Naruto - location: 522, 265, 2; Talk to him, then go to leaf's kage house and talk to Sakura twice, then return to Naruto and talk to him again
•► Dragon - Sasuke - location: 722, 590, 2; Talk to him, then find his shurikens located at 682,582,2 and return to him
•► Rabbit - Dosu - location: 122, 468, 3; Kill him to get the sign, need to be chuunin+ to get it
•► Ox - Kakashi - location: 665, 545, 2; First talk to him then climb the tree, mark the top, then talk to him again
•► Bird - Itachi - location: 404, 751, 3; Talk to him and answer "No" to his question. Try not to get hit by his Tsukiyomi.
